A UVSC student surprised an obsessive-compulsive Provo Police officer Saturday after the student popped out of a garbage dumptser. The officer had been organizing the waste according to color and material before placing it into the giant BFI container, but he got no farther than some black loafers when he saw two pennies implanted in the shoes, reports said.
After the student contacted the mayor's office, the officer replaced all the garbage randomly in the bin. Police sources didn't say why 22-year-old male was in the dumpster in the first place.
Young Petey suffers yet another setback to his career choice when officer Buzzkill explains that "Dumpster Diving" will probably never be an Olympic Sport.

After paying for tuition and books...BYU student Bill Thompson realized that he needed an economical place to live, with a ready food supply.
